OFNA Picco .26MAX Nitro Monster Truck Engine w/Pull Start
I have owned quite a few nitro engines from various manufacturers and have to say this is the absolute worst tuning engine Ive had,I tryed for 2 weeks to tune it and gave up. Took it to the hobby shop and he gave up after a week, he called ofna and I sent it to them. They said it was the traxxas fuel and to use byrons or odonnells. I got the engine back and installed it, tryed running it with odonnells and it had to hi of an idle but ran good up hi. I got some byrons and tryed that only to find that it now stalls out. Called ofna and was told to lean the lsn, barely moved it after warming the engine up. Ran it some more and the idle started climbing again, moved the idle stop in 1/16 turn and the engine stalls. Moved it back out a hair and start over but end up with the same problems. They say this is a great engine, I say its a total piece of shit, my OS engines are superbly easy to tune. I have a AXE ROSSI cobra modified running 50% race fuel and have no tuning issues. This motor is a dud. save your money and buy an OS .21tm I got one for my revo and it is excellent.

OFNA Picco .26MAX Nitro Monster Truck Engine w/Pull Start
Well I have also owned a few engines and I must say the Picco .26 is better than most. I does need sealed but so do most. It was very tight when I got it, but it broke in pretty easy. I have the ez start on it now but I think I will be changing over to a pull start as it starts up soo easy. Great power fits well in Revo. I did have to remove the rear sway bars but Im hoping to figure out a way to put them back on. It's a HUGE upgrade over stock. I also own other high end .18 engines for my Revo but they can't even touch the The Picco.
