Motiv M-CODE "MC3" Pro Tuned Spec Brushless Motor (17.5T)
I've ran the MC2 in my 2wd stock buggy the last couple years. And my buggy was fast, people (even sponsored drivers) frequently asking what motor I'm running. With the release of some of the 2019 motors from other manufacturers, I was finding myself lacking top end down long straights. I just ran my first race with the MC3, and this motor has more low end punch, and stronger top end than the MC2. And the great thing you can ALWAYS trust Motiv will pass tech! Another winner from Motiv!

Motiv M-CODE "MC3" Pro Tuned Spec Brushless Motor (17.5T)
"THE" 17.5 stock motor to have. This motor is fast, runs cool, and does not fade at the end of a run. 90% of the stock racers at my local track run this motor. I have 2 of these, one in a 2wd buggy, and the other in a short course truck. I have more than a dozen runs on each with no problems, or change in performance.

Motiv M-CODE "MC3" Pro Tuned Spec Brushless Motor (17.5T)
Another winner from Paul Lemieux and the crew at Motiv and Gravity RC. The MC3 picks up where the MC2 left off and drives the performance even higher. The can construction is innovative and the results are clear. A very cool running motor that is virtually fade free. I absolutely recommend this motor. It is simply superb.

Motiv M-CODE "MC3" Pro Tuned Spec Brushless Motor (17.5T)
Is this motor better than it's predecessors?? You tell me. In my opinion the new case designed is a total bust. Clearly these motors were not tested before being released. Let me tell you why. After a few runs the end bell came lose, I noticed that this thing was about to come apart and for that reason I ended up sending the motor back. So, after waiting for a couple of weeks to get the motor back I learned that not only the end bell was lose but also the timing was, according to them, off by 10 degrees. The best part was the "fix". They drilled and tapped thru the case and the end bell to add 2 set screws to hold the thing together which by the way they had to used some kind of glue to keep in place. I'm giving this motor a couple of stars because at least for now is holding together even tho I wouldn't be surprised if the set screws fell off.
