MKS Servos DS-8910A+ Titanium Gear High Speed Digital Mini Tail Servo
After pulling it out of the box, I realized the servo gears were very notchy and sounded horrible. I installed it on my goblin 380 and it did not work well. This servo doesn't have enough torque and it over heats when pushed hard. I had tail blow outs and numerous tail kicks with this. I tried the speed up tail pulley with switch tail blades and the fault was ultimately the servo.
This would probably be fine for a smaller heli but not the goblin 380.

WoW. I heard a lot about this servo before buying it. Aside from speed, this servo is checking the servo position more often. That frame rate translates to a tail that the FBL system can keep better control of. I mean you can not get the tail to move unless you tell it to. It's hard to describe how good this servo is until you fly it yourself. It is double the cost of the Align DS 525M. And it surely delivers double the performance. Fly a 450 heli in 3D? You need a servo like this!
