The MIP Traxxas TRX-4 HD Driveline Kit was developed to create a balance between scale looks and durability. These one of a kind purpose built MIP HD Drivelines, designed for the Traxxas TRX-4 Defender and Tactical models feature Scale-ish™ looks and light-weight construction. These are nearly 30% lighter and 25% slimmer than the standard MIP driveline! They still use the ultra-strong spline technology and MIP CVD™ coupler. Additionally, they deliver an impressive 35° of articulation and feature phased aligned joints that key the male and female splines for smooth power transfer under load with no binding or vibration. Of course, all components are heat treated from the highest quality American grade alloy steels. The intelligent design, coupled with race proven MIP technology affords you the value you demand when building a bomb proof trail rig.

MIP Traxxas TRX-4 HD Driveline Kit (Defender/Tactical)
Installed this set on my Defender TRX4 almost a year ago and they are still working perfectly. I originally ordered a set that turned out to be for the shorter wheelbase version, as the descriptions didnt say anything about that, but it appears they have fixed that. Ive put MIP driveshafts and axles on every RC they have made them for over the last 15 years and ive never had one fail or fall apart in any way. Excellent upgrade, especially if you are running bigger power than stock. Ive got the Tekin RX4 and ROC412 HD 1800kv with a 3s battery setup and have had zero issues.

Great replacement of the stock one!! Solid and installation didn't take more that 15-20 mins.. Great quality upgrade to help my TRX-4 Running in tip top shape. Only the best! ;)
