MIP Traxxas Splined CVD Kit (Summit)
I must say I am disappointed by these shafts, I've snapped 3 pins and because of this I've now lost one half shaft. This is with a completely stock summit, only after market options are traxxas centre shafts, no name brand shifting servo, new body and a spektrum reciever. How these shafts would hold up to a big brushless system I'd have have my doubts.

First test run of this product on my summit brushless and it broke the axle. Luckily i found the shaft on the ground and i was able to fix it with stock summit axle by drilling it out. Second test run the other axle broke and i lost the shaft. The revo cvd kit has worked fine for years on the rear of my summit. Not sure why the summit version is garbage.

MIP Traxxas Splined CVD Kit (Summit)
I have been using these shafts for years now , 1 , well two flaws the pin everyone is talking about. I have used stock pin size and cut my own and yes I keep replacing them as I haven't found the right strength pin stock. the other huge problem is the set screws, ether side holding to the shaft, always backing out lost parts if not noticed quickly, and tightened half into run. a great idea but ...
