Additionally, this gear is available in 39 and 41 tooth count options to fine tune the gear ratio of your model and can reduce gear noise by up to 50%!

This item not only quiets the vehicle, but it's very durable. I've had this in my SCTE for a few months now and am still satisfied.

Ran this spur all last season, still looks good I don't have to replace it yet. Our track is extremely lose dirt and we race for 6 hours every week. So for me this spur has been a great up grade.

significant noise reduction. Works as advertised and tooth grind matches most mod 1 pinions perfectly. allows for a deeper set into the gear without mesh being too tight. great product.

If you race indoor clay/carpet these are great.
If you race outdoors and there are any rocks or pebbles any sort of debris that is harder then plastic these suck.
The soft plastic is a rock magnet. They dont last long at all.
Use stock instead.

Actually it works in my Old Losi SCTE without any modifications. This product is well worth the money. I have been racing it in a carpet track and in a parking lot for over a year without any issues. Just make sure you set the gear mesh properly.

make sure you buy more than one.... I had this for a month and after only 2 race days, the teeth are worn down so far I cant use it anymore. it stripped during the main and lost my 2nd place position. buy the stock!

Do not buy this if you do not have the MIP chassis. It will not work on any other set up. Too bad it won't. Its nice quality.
