This is an optional MIP "Pucks" TLR 22SCT Drive System. The future of 17.5 stock class racing has arrived! MIP’s Puck™ Drive system is an aluminum based drivetrain system that includes aluminum diff outdrives, aluminum C-CVD™ bones, and replaceable plastic orange wear Pucks™ that take the place of inferior steel pins. MIP engineered polymer Pucks™ don't just deliver less drag and near zero wear just like a buffer right between the metal joints, they protect drive investment with a new configuration that lets you replace just the Pucks™! This combination greatly increases the longevity of the drivetrain and most importantly decreases the drivetrain’s overall rotating mass by a whopping 50%! The decrease in weight directly results in quicker acceleration, deceleration, and lower motor temps! This IS the advantage that every stock racer has been waiting for.

MIP "Pucks" TLR 22SCT Drive System
Awesome product I'm running this kit in my sct and my 22 buggy and I couldn't be happier the quality is great and they are much lighter then factory. I can see temp differences between my sct and my wifes sct which is running stock drive shafts. I'm also a big fan of the retaining ring for the pin cause on the stock losi drive shafts the pins would come out regardless how tight the set screw was.

MIP "Pucks" TLR 22SCT Drive System
i feel these do help accel and slowing but ive only ran one weekend on them and one side the pucks must have broke and chewed the outdrive up now i have to replace the pucks after every 2 races its getting expensive
