This is an optional Lynx Heli Tail Servo Mount. These parts, originally made from plastic, can’t clamp the boom as properly, resulting in vibrations or tail wag, reducing tail performance. Lynx Heli Innovations has redesigned the standard 450X plastic tail servo mount, using strong 7075-T6 aluminum alloy material. Because of this, once installed onto the boom, they will support the tail servo perfectly.
Expect top performance, and exotic looks with Lynx Heli. They aim for the strongest parts with the lightest weight.
