This is a replacement rear pivot plate from Losi. This plate mounts to the bottom of the chassis, and provides the mounting point for the pivot block. Made of EA3 composite.

Disappointed when it arrived. I ordered it only because the item description shows team losi etched into the bottom, but the item that arrived was smooth with no logo.
