Losi Mini-T 2.0 Aluminum Caster Block (Black)
When installing using the old Kingpin Hardware, the trick I found is not to grease the pin up at all. Apply blue loctite gingerly to the threads of the kingpin screw...screw down till almost seated.
Make sure no tie rod or shocks are attached. Thread in while making sure caster block (or rear hub-rear axle) remains loose and free to move.
Let dry overnight. Tighten down LOOSELY as much as possible while allowing again, for faster block to move freely.
Cranking these bolts down for the front or rear caster blocks can bind them up.
Either the kingpin "pin" has too much runout..or is a tad to long...or bore holes dont precisely match...whatever it is...blue loctite is the answer.
I noticed exact same binding on rear losi caster hub block.
With blue, it's all cool.
P.S. After loctite is dried, your adjustment is made, THEN you can drop a touch of T-9 or Dumonde Tech liquid grease for lubricating the pivots..
