This is a Losi Extra High Torque Digital Metal Gear Servo. This servo is included as standard equipment with the Losi LST XXL, 8IGHT 2.0 RTR, 8IGHT-T 2.0 RTR, Night Crawler, 22 RTR and 22-T RTR vehicles. This Extra High Torque Servo provides over 130 in./oz. of torque reliably through ball bearing supported metal gears. This servo is perfect for 1/10 steering, 1/8 throttle, and 1/8 Monster trucks that will benefit from the extra torque and power. The metal output shaft features 23 splines – the same as Losi, JR, Spektrum, and Airtronics.

Losi Extra High Torque Digital Metal Gear Servo
After having spent about a year with this servo my thoughts on it have changed considerably. Either i never noticed it before, or it got worse with age/use, but the centering on this servo is pretty bad. I don't have a lot to compare it to, but after a bench test, i know it is inconsistent. not only is the centering bad, but the resolution is terrible. consistently jumps around when trying to hit a mark in a test bench. on top of that, it's loud. maybe some more grease on the gears would help.. but at this point i am over it. there are much better servos for not much more at this price point. not total junk, but nowhere near great. Avoid.
