Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
I recently got the losi 8ight 2.0 and when I took it out of the box it felt it like VERY solid buggy, this was my very first nitro car and I had a little trouble getting it started but after I started it It ran great. After adjusting the ride Height and camber and adjusting the shocks, I was getting so many compliments on how my buggy ran. I REALLY recommend the Losi 8ight 2.0 RTR buggy for a novice or advanced driver. GREAT PRODUCT.

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
Not only the best rtr the best kit!!!! Heres what I did, Put hitech 7955 on the throttle and break and steering. Put the turbo button on the 350. Used the protek 6.6volt 1700 mah reciever pack. Engine break in was accomplished by using byrons 25%nitro 9% 0il and I added the byrons lube booster to bring the oil content to 12%. Idled 4 tanks using a heat gun at temps 200-210 and ran 4 tanks phat at 1/8 speed. this motor rips. Oh and I knoe this is a rtr but make sure you adjust the starter box to your flywheel if not you will have issues like some people theres nothing wrong with this box but you will burn it up if you dont adjust it as soon as you get this kit.If you set it up using some gauge tools according to your track you will have no problem winning, and if your just a basher definetly no worries. I this economy why drop 2k plus on a bunch of stuff only to get spanked by this rtr ;-) -//- I did alot of research before purchasing a new buggy, and checked the difference between the race roller and rtr and found alot of differences (chassis, shock towers, diff cases rtr has the hd,hinge pins, clutch shoes, and a few other minor things)Unless you are racing and every ounce of weight effects you this car is awsome in terms of racing even the starter box uses the same motor as losi's retailed starter box just looks different. This is a good value, I wish they sold this as a sports kit

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
ok person with servo trouble make sure you set your endpoints correctly because they usally dont from the factory which will make your servos last alot longer and for throttle you should really have a 9100 if your racing

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
Picked up this RTR Kit from my local hobby shop and I have to say for my first nitro vehicle in years this was perfect. I haven't been much of a Losi fan since I started the hobby, but this is one product that might turn heads. The Radio it comes with is so smooth and responsive and for an RTR it's absolutely unbeatable. The starter box is a real plus over standard pull-starts that I've messed with though buying extra batteries for it was kinda lame. The motor has the speed and the punch to hang with most of the other guys. This is an all around solid buy that's worth every penny especially for an RTR. If there was only one thing that I would upgrade on this it would be the servos. Usually in the smaller scale vehicles I run I never really had to worry about it, but the stock servos on here are a bit sluggish for racing on tight tracks or perhaps I might need a smaller ackerman. Lastly, the small box for the on board battery is a very tight fit for some lipo packs, and the connectors inside (if there's enough turbulence) will pop off after a jump or a wreck leaving you with an RC car at full throttle flying off into oblivion. So two notes... Servos should be swapped if you're racing and either have a fail-safe, or do what I do and twist-tie the connectors together.

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
This buggy is a great deal. It will compete and hold its own with the 1500 2000$ buggy kits. servos suck, dont even try to run a track with them. They are too slow and weak. jr 8711 stearing 9100s throttle. 4 shoe steel flywheel clutch works nice. I love my 8ight rtr . I race it every weekend , and my $1700 mugen mbx6t. I am faster w 8ight

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
This is the best 1/8 buggy rtr on the market, very forgiving(maybe because it is balance they put the engine in the middle) just few upgrades this buggy will rock and roll and do not underestimate the power of this losi engine, fast and durable just do proper break in and cleaning,it's durable based on my exp. i already used 6 gallons on this engine still with a lot of power..and I lost control on this buggy twice and over rev the engine.. the engine still works like a charm..well this buggy speaks for itself it has alot of title on it since it came out

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
Well the jr servos aren't good at all. I had to replace mine after my first race. -//- This is the best RTR out there I bought mine a month ago and took it to the track a week later and won the first race I race with it. If you have the money you should buy it.

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
This is truly a great buggy! Im speaking from experience when I say that it can hang with the best! But I will say as soon as you get it go ahead and take out all the telemetry crap NONE of it is correct and it can cost you the engine. And get a new body for it because with the stock one the throttle linkage rubs, get lucky seven preoiled air filters for it and buy the aluminum shock caps and top brace. And purchase new tires for it! And watch your clutches!!! Its little work compared to you winning and I highly recommend this rtr!

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
Its a very good car. But 1 thing. In the beginning i had problems starting the engine, or problems turning the engine.
After i met this guy who is a a great rc-mechanic, he told me: "'The starter box is running the wrong way, it can only start the car by CHANCE!".
So he just turned the battery, and it started started the car alot easier. Is there anyone else that have experienced this?

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
This kit is fantastic! you hardly need any upgrades in order to make this a formidable opponent on the race track. Losi has added heaps of bonus goodies in the kit and for the price its unbelievable. Highly recommended and really fun car to drive.

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
Sloppy rattley drive train lash(I have been spoiled by Kyosho and this is now a pet peeve of mine). The fact that Losi now uses Spectrum radio gear is a nice selling point. The Losi 350 engine is finicky to tune and didn't hold a tune very well. The cars chassis itself is rugged and held up well for me. But this is after I put a decent running KB engine in it! Though the chassis is not as refined as a Kyosho or Mugen. If your buying your first 1/8 nitro buggy then buy the Kyosho Inferno NEO race spec its just as nice if not nicer and is 250 dollars cheaper. Take the money save and buy good radio gear!

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
Bought this buggy a year ago and have been bashing and racing. Only servos and a new engine (my fault) have been replaced. I would recommend this package to anyone who's planning beginner nitro.

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
I'm in the process of buying a second rtr, losi hit the mark of high standards with this buggy. As far as the negative remarks from the one I'll leave nameless, make sure all of the metal to metal screw are thead locked, including the flywheel nut and remember that if you're backyard bashing to richen the needle a little because they all run hotter in the grass than on a track. Servos are good as long as endpoints are set. ALL IN ALL THIS BUGGY IS TOP NOTCH, or I wouldn.t buy a second one.

Losi 8IGHT 2.0 1/8 4WD RTR Buggy (w/DX3S Radio, Telemetry Installed & Starter Bo
