The Kyosho Mad Crusher GP ReadySet 1/8 Monster Truck will get your adrenaline pumping! Rip around wide-open spaces at wide open throttle and wreak havoc with this awesome monster! Based on the heavy-duty Mad Force Cruiser chassis, the MAD CRUSHER incorporates a 5-link suspension system with ball joint upper and lower links in combination with lateral rods that deliver a deeper, supple stroke, more characteristic of rock crawlers. Equipped with the powerful KE25 engine, you can dominate any surface - from asphalt to off-road - with true ‘70s American pick-up truck style. Simply add fuel and batteries to the MAD CRUSHER Readyset and you are ready for action.

This truck is worth the money.
Well assembled, looks amazing and runs very well. It's very sturdy and fun as heck. The KE25 engine surprised me in how well it runs, makes the truck wheelie on command and goes very fast as well with the 3 speed. The truth is the truck goes faster than it has any business going because it doesn't handle very well. Any truck this tall and narrow will handle similarly though.
I did crash it into a sidewalk corner and snapped the front axle. Part was inexpensive, easy to find and was in stock. It's already back together.
Loctite things! Several screws/bolts have come loose.

Sharp truck..had some loose bolts but fixed that.rear toe was of also. But no biggie all fixed...got it all broke in. Rips for rtr...I
ordered another ke25 ..I do like them... a fast pullstart engine ..spare...wheelies like crazy when tuned.correctly.changed front and back diffs to heavier oil..taking it to Easter picnic tmorw..gona b fun....lol..

Kyosho Mad Crusher GP ReadySet 1/8 Monster Truck
I had this truck for a couple weeks now and it’s awesome! Nothing beats a nitro truck. It was assembled well and the engine break in was simple. This truck is fast too. I do recommend putting thread locker on hardware. I had a few screws starting to come loose. The body is nicely done, looks realistic. I haven’t broken anything yet with moderate bashing, but I do hope amain gets parts in stock soon. I’m sure a breakage is bound to happen at some point. I do recommend this rc truck for sure!

Kyosho Mad Crusher GP ReadySet 1/8 Monster Truck
This thing is a beast! The body is better looking in person than what you see in the pics. It's a fine metal flake candy red. The truck is well built and put together very well from the factory. I am not a big fan of ready to runs as sometimes the build quality is lacking. That said I went over every inch of this truck even the engine and Kyosho did a excellent job! The carb needles are set perfect for break-in and she fired up on the first pull after priming. After break-in I swaped out the carb venturi and filled the tank with Byrons 20% and oh baby wheelie city! The 3 speed is set perfect from the factory! and she will fly! Engine temps stay around 215-230deg. but will climb to 250-270deg. with extended high speed runs. I have never really bin a monster truck guy but when I saw this on the Kyosho vids I had to have one! This is a keeper for sure!

Kyosho Mad Crusher GP ReadySet 1/8 Monster Truck
This is an awesome truck, from the power range to the great suspension. Looks are exactly what i was looking for to take me back to the 70's days. Body is built tough and the 5 link suspension absorbs everything i throw at it. Break in went easy with the supplied "smaller" venturi. Once break in was complete i switched to the normal venturi and was off to really enjoying this vehicle. Haven't been able to run a speed test on it yet but i am guessing somewhere around 40 mph, the ke25 motor just screams.Can't wait to find some decent hills to climb. Overall i am very happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone.

Kyosho Mad Crusher GP ReadySet 1/8 Monster Truck
Amazing truck! I am a huge fan of the mad force and mine was getting pretty tired out. I replaced it with this one and i am very pleased. The truck feels interesting with the 5th link. It is so unique i recommend it to anyone who is tired of the usual 4wd independant suspension. I love nitro and this truck has a 3 speed transmission and it is also unique, i feel this truck was not made for insane brushless power. It is so much fun in nitro. I dont jump my trucks much so i cant review its durability to hard landings, but RC4wd makes aluminum axles that would make this truck take anything you can throw at it, if the plastic parts break that is.
