The Kyosho Lazer ZX7 1/10 4WD Electric Buggy Kit has been optimized for high-grip carpet and artificial turf surfaces. While maintaining the signature mild control and dynamic maneuverability of the ZX-6, the ZX-7 features a redesigned narrow main chassis that provides optimal rigidity and lighter weight, combined with redesigned front suspension and aero body with rear wing design that generates more downforce. These performance improvements go together with the essential elements of reliability and durability as well as a wider range of settings that will give the ZX-7 the leading edge in modern racing.

Really fast car, was able to get it dialed perfectly. Seems to be fragile compared to other cars. The front arms and hubs in particular. If you aren't the best driver I wouldn't recommend it because of that. For a high end kit it comes with plastic towers, come on Kyosho. I ended up buying the carbon towers, carbon braces, alum rear hubs and titanium screw kit, so add another $200 to put it on par with other buggy's... Seems to be a lot of slop in the suspension. The plastic balls that go in either end of the shocks aren't tight at all. Its a little ridiculous. I contacted Kyosho about it and they said to tighten the nuts to make the plastic expand which in turn eliminates most of the slop. Of course you have change out the plastic nuts on the towers for alum ones cause the plastic ones will strip...

If your familiar with Kyosho then this what you’ve come to expect. Parts fit and finish are top notch. Directions are vague for some parts of the build but if you’ve purchased this kit, it’s probably not your first time building a kit. But all in all, super dope buggy, can’t wait to race her.

Just built this kit. Impressions are good!. Perfect fit and finish, all the parts in the bags. Kit even comes with wheels!. No oils for diffs or shocks. But you do get two wings and the wheels, so that's good. All hangars are aluminum, rack is aluminum. Gear diffs, center clipper, 2.5mm chassis, spine down the center, floating servo mount, only thing it doesn't have that others do is diff height adjustment. Can't wait to get it to the local track and give it a flogging.

Kyosho Lazer ZX7 1/10 4WD Electric Buggy Kit
This car was absolutely ballistic on a carpet track. I remember when I first got the car , one of the fastest guys at the track tried my car and was able to beat the fast lap on the track. I am more of an intermediate driver and find the car very stable and easy to drive. With my driving skills I needed to beef up some of the parts on the car, like the rear hubs and aluminum steering rack. Now it is more of a tank and a lot of fun to drive. Just wish they had a few more options for bodies. Thumbs up!

This buggy looks really well designed. I am interested to know what other people have found running this buggy. Does it handle well and is it durable?
