Ok, I purchased this truggy about a month ago, unfortunately I did not buy from A-main as they were out of stock when I decided to pull the trigger. Overall I really like this car and this is my first nitro so that makes me a novice. Whatever you do do not follow the manual break in instructions you will ruin the motor like I did, but Kyosho shipped me a new one so great customer service from Kyosho there. For break in I would talk to some of the local experienced racers for solid break in advice, the manual says idle one tank through on and off the throttle and on the second tank drive it, like I said I am new to Nitro and this may have been a red flag to a experienced nitro driver. You must also go through the entire vehicle and lock tight any screws that are going into metal, I lost the screws that holds the steering arm onto the servo and to the body of the vehicle as well as other screws on the top mount, screws under the chassis were loose as well. My gas tank was not tightened down at all, I believe getting acquainted with the nuts and bolts will benefit anyone getting into this hobby so take your time and do this it will make your experience more enjoyable. I did have a very hard crash but nothing broke. The engine started very easily the first time fired up and I am using sidewinder pro race fuel 20%. Since there was little to no information about this truggy I felt the need to offer as much advice that I could think of, I have raced one night at my club track and really think I am going to love nitro, I do race both a Losi 2.0 8E and a Losi 10 SCTE 4X4. If it had not been for the poor break in instructions I would have given it a 5 rating, last thought is get yourself a good starter box, pull starters are for the birds.
