Kyosho Inferno MP9e Evo ReadySet 1/8 4WD Brushless Electric Buggy
I've been wanting to buy a 1/8 scale buggy for a while and this one checked all the boxes to get started. It seems very well built and strong. I had no problems out of the box, just dropped in the batteries and it was ready to rock.

Kyosho Inferno MP9e Evo ReadySet 1/8 4WD Brushless Electric Buggy
Hey all, im a very long time hobbiest and have owned most anything rc. I also grew up racing on the national level. Ive havent had a kyosho model in decades and decided to give this mp9e evo a try. Not for racing, just an occasional rip through a park. Sooo.. onto the buggy. Great looking! Nice electrics! Servo horn is plastic, replaced it immediately before running. First run, it drove like shit and i could tel all 3 diffs were empty. Took it apart to confirm they were barely wet at the most. Things got really worse when trying to remove the center diff motor mount. Whatever thread lock was used to assemble the kit is wrong and the screws are badly over torqued. Not even a torch would loosen the screws. So bad I snapped the heads off the 2 main screws. So now the entire mount is useless and i had to pay $50!for the m2c Mount upgrade. Also all the screws on the chassis bottom are phillips which sucks. These should be hex cause their more durable. I really expected better qc on what kyosho touts as their flagship model. Ive ordered a stainless hex screw set, new motor mount and will her rebuilt correctly soon as i get the parts. Very disappointing with kyosho. If your considering this model, id skip it and just purchase the kit version.

Kyosho Inferno MP9e Evo ReadySet 1/8 4WD Brushless Electric Buggy
This Kyosho MP9E is a super awesome buggy loving every minute of it. Its fast, strong, and agile like i expected. I would recommend it to any rc enthusiast. The only down fall I've had about this buggy is the steering servo arm is plastic and stripped out on the first run but that was a simple fix.
