This is an optional Kyosho Front Knuckle & Rear Hub Weight Set, and is intended for use with the Kyosho MP9 family of vehicles. These outboard type weights are secured to the rear hub and knuckles with a set screw and add unsprung weight to the outer end of each suspension arm. These weights are said to help improve overall handling and steering response.

Quality is good but I feel it is not needed in my tki3. Would spend the money on fiorini center differential mount if I get another chance.
