This is an optional Kyosho Fazer Heavy Duty Center Shaft, intended for use with Fazer FZ02L kits. This CNC machined heavy duty aluminum shaft is anodized red for added style. This durable precision made center shaft is for high power motors with high gear ratio setups. Can be used with stock outdrives.
NOTE: This is for the FZ02L (Long) chassis; if you have a FZ02 (Short) chassis, please see part KYOFAW209.

The plastic stock shaft is fine if you like being slow. They warp at high speeds. This metal shaft is a great improvement but my wife still thinks I'm lame.

This thing is junk i bought this thing for my car befor i installed my 3200 KV motor from hobbywing and the first time I drove it it bent on a 7.2 nickel metal hydride battery and the thing wasn't even at half throttle wasn't worth the $8.99 i paid for it i don't recommend it save your money get a better one there are plenty of better options out there than this.

Kyosho Fazer Mk2 HD Aluminum Center Driveshaft (FZ02L)
Purchased the driveshaft after loosing the stock plastic shaft while basing (not sure where the stock shaft may have disappeared). The aluminium shaft is much stronger than the stock plastic shaft in the Mad Van. Installation was a little tricky (I also purchased the steel drive shaft cups for both the front and rear, part #s KYOFAW211 and KYOFAW212) with the steel shaft cups. Once installed, the shaft is a great upgrade to the Mad Van.
