This is the optional two piece extended EZ Change Motor Mount for the Mugen MBX6 and MBX6T from King Headz!
This Mount is CNC machined from 7075 aircraft grade aluminum and anodized black. These are designed with a base mount and removable top blocks. Once the mount is installed in the vehicle and the gear mesh is set you can remove and reinstall the motor without resetting the mesh. This mount has an extended leg that will help to reduce chassis flex near the flywheel hole.
This mount will fit either a Nova based or Picco based motors, no need to order different mounts for different motors. Extra top block sets can be purchased separately so that other motors can be swapped out quickly.
NOTE: This mount can not be used with Roto or Pull start motors.

(1) Set of top blocks
(4) M3 x 14MM Alloy Allen Head Screws (mounts top blocks to base)
(4) M3 lock washers (used with M3 x 14MM screws)
(4) M3 x 10MM Alloy Allen Head Screws (mounts motor to top blocks)

Great product, would recommend this to anyone. This was the first thing i put on my car when i got it and I haven't had any issues with it. My clutch bells and bearings have also been lasting longer.

Just purchased this extended motor mount which showed nice black finished with alum high quality. I installed it on my Mugen MBX6 with V-Spec Speed. It fits perfectly. I noticed King Headz is 1mm shorter than Mugen Stock. I'm impressed the extended doesn't required screw on the chassis which I expected to allow the chassis to continue the flex because it gives advantage for better traction when you get on blue groove track. I strongly recommend to buy king headz. Pro: Lower center gravity, longevity, keep the gear mushy off balance, and keep clutch bell off the chassis on rough landing.
Please check the Motor base before you decide to get king headz (especially Novarossi with fat base)...

I had to mod the block on my plus 4. To get to the front top bolts. I would think twice be for you order one.

I would recommend the standard mount. I ended up having to dremel the inner side portion of the extension so that my flywheel had adequate clearance on my mbx6 buggy with RB S5 and fioroni clutch/flywheel set up. Other than that the KingHeadz motor mounts are extremely convenient for quick maintenance and motor swaps.
