This is an optional JQ Products Aluminum Left Side Rear Hub, and is intended for use with the JQ Products THE Car. JQ released these CNC Aluminum Rear Hubs because they are stronger and more tunable than the stock plastic hubs. The upper link holes are one row higher than on the plastic hub, so the 2nd highest row is the same as the plastic hub top row. The new top row makes THE Car smoother in corners, and helps THE Car keep a more consistent arc through corners. Also, the hub requires 4 plastic spacers to fit in the arm, with 2 in front, and 2 behind being the stock position. This means that compared with the plastic hub, these can be moved 2mm further forwards for even more rear traction, or backwards for high traction tracks.
