JConcepts 18mm Offset 12mm Aluminum Hex Adaptors are a machined aluminum option for JConcepts Tribute wheels. These are a great upgrade for high-power monster trucks, and allow racers to power up and race worry free. The precision machined hexes are light weight, feature black anodizing with laser engraved offset markings. The hex adaptors bolt-up with existing hardware from the #3377 wheels in a 6-lug pattern and include flanged nylon insert lock nuts for bolt-on security.

These look and feel great. Wanted aluminum hex adapters because the plastic ones get rounded out too easily. However the tolerances on the center counterbores are too tight and do not fit over the stock Axial SMT10 hexes. So in order to use these on the SMT10 you must swap to the standard flat hexes like what comes on the SCX10 II, which do not have the center bore. I'd like if they had hexes that do fit the center bore on these wheels because I feel that offers a little extra support on the wheel especially when running wide monster truck tires. Also, 18mm offset does not give you much of a turning radius in the front for an SMT10. Might work okay with 4 wheel steer. I liked the idea of running 18mm instead of 25mm just because it's less stress on the axle shaft but now wish I had've got the 25mm offset.
