The JConcepts Torch 1.9" Rock Crawler Aluminum Beadlock Wheel is extremely versatile for high performance competition, with the looks needed for a show worthy rig. The 6 spoke wheel incorporates a triangle spoke pattern around the center for street appeal. The basic color is black, however, the natural color of the aluminum wheel has been exposed in the spokes which adds a touch of depth. Around the hub section, a flared boss surrounds the screw mounting area and has been silver highlighted to bring out the luster of the all metal wheel design.

The advantage of the Torch wheel set rests in the details. The beadlock wheel has a bolt-on 12mm hex adapter that allows you to add a shim, increasing width by 1mm on each side by adding the spacer between the wheel and adapter. The versatility doesn’t stop there; JConcepts has included C-shaped brass weights to give drivers a direct option to weigh-down the tires on their rig. The interlocking weights simply slide into the center channel on the wheel and with the included set screw and L-wrench can be secured together quickly and most importantly, easily.

Each package includes two wheels, four aluminum beadlocks, two 12mm aluminum hex adapters, two 1mm offset shims, two multi-piece brass weights and steel hardware for complete assembly.

NOTE: Always use a very light amount of thread locking compound to screws / hardware to maintain security. It is helpful when mounting tires to the wheels, always secure one side of the tire before attempting the other.

Installation Notes:
The assembly begins by securing the hex adaptor (optional shim) to the wheel with six, 2.5x8mm SHCS. Next, slide the brass C-channel piece together on the center of the wheel until they meet. Rotate the pieces so they align with the threaded holes in the wheel and using the included L-wrench, thread in the small set screws so they lock the brass weights to the wheel. Finally, prepare and install the tire of choice on the wheel and place the beads into the recessed portion of the wheel on each side, lock into place by adding the beadlock on each side and securing with twelve, 2x8mm SHCS.
