JConcepts "The Machine" 1968 Pontiac Firebird Pro 1/10 Drag Racing Body (Clear)

The JConcepts "The Machine" 1968 Pontiac Firebird Pro 1/10 Drag Racing Body has been an immediate hit on and off the race track. This scale body features a low-profile stature, iconic low V-nose, built-in front splitter and crowned hood line. The Firebird has a long figure that allows for an even displacement of the downforces applied to both the front and rear of the chassis. The main benefits to this are right off the launch and when at speed. The rear side-dams help the vehicle keep forward traction and the low sling roof-line promotes high speed handling. 

The front-end of this body was designed with speed in mind. The rake provided to the front of the body allows for the car to be more tight on the "big end" (near the finish line) of the track. With just enough clearance to fit over the front suspension components "The Machine" dominates performance and looks. JConcepts added a slight hood-scoop to the front hood of the body that gives it a real Pro Mod feel. 

This Firebird uses small wheel wells to close up large gaps around the tires and a long roof-line that extends to the built in gurney type wing for added downforce. This 1/10 drag body is sure to turn heads and help you make that fast pass.
