JConcepts On Road Car Stand

This is a really nice car stand, the lexan is very thick which is great and easily holds the weight of a 1/10th scale car or truck (I was nervous about this prior to ordering). Most car stands cost $15 - $40 which is a lot of money in my opinion, especially if you race and need car stands for all your cars (I need like 5 stands including a few for my kids cars who also race w/ me). Its hard to find a simple piece of hard foam, which would do the trick ..the few co's that sell foam stands all charge around $15 which again seems ridiculous for foam. I picked this stand up for less than $10 and love that I can paint it to match the color scheme of the cars I race. It comes w/ sturdy adhesive foam to put on the top to protect your car from sliding around. On a pit mat, towel or non smooth surface this stand will stay put (I plan to use on my pit mat). However if your using this on a slick surface like a folding plastic table (the kind mosts of us racer's use) then it will slide around a little, ...however a pit mat or towel solves this issue. I give this stand a 5 star rating, price is right, quality is nice and I love that it is customizable.
