This is a pack of two JConcepts Goose Bumps 2.8 tires in Green compound, Pre-Mounted on black Tense Electric Front Wheels. The JConcepts Goose Bumps tire is just what the doctor ordered for your Rustler or Stampede truck. Pre-mounted on the latest Tense wheel, this powerful combination gives your truck new life. Topping off the appearance of these pre-mounts are the included open and closed, wheel center caps. With 2 solid and 2 open center caps, the driver now has the option for complete show with a closed cap or performance and function with the open cap. The center caps are secured to the wheel with the included 6 – 2.5x8mm button head screws.
Goose Bumps incorporate a compact tire body with a crisp tread pattern with precise separation for intense racing competition. Goose Bumps in new condition excel on soft surfaces with either dry or wet conditions. Worn Goose Bumps excel on indoor or outdoor clay tracks where a slight groove has formed.

Just be aware that the wheel size is inaccurate. That stated size is 2.8" when the actual size of the wheels is 2.2". They will fit the Stampede, but they are not monster truck tires. Other than that, they are quality tires and well glued. They are much better suited to a stadium truck.
