This is a JConcepts B6/B6D 28g Steel Front Bulkhead is designed to take a beating without adding unwanted weight to your set-up, making the steel option a better choice than softer, heavier copper. The steel design helps outlast the brass counterparts and packs the same reversable design for either 25 or 30 degrees of kick-up. The bulkhead has a marked weight (28 grams) and includes the four standard countersunk screw pockets and 3mm setscrew offering to pin the hinge pins into place.

JConcepts B6/B6D Steel Front Bulkhead (28g)
To start with I had to run a drill through the holes so the pins would go through. Then the little front brace holes wouldn't line with this front pivot so I wasn't able to install it on my car. The funny part the same front brace fit perfect with a Associated Brass pivot. Bottom line is buy Associated parts only.

Absolute trash, stay away from jconcepts aftermarket parts like this. This is 3 of 3 with them for me. I had to drill the hinge pin holes out for the hinge pin to even fit on this bulkhead. The B74 hubs needed extra machining above inside bearing for the camber link mount to fit and needed drilled and tapped for set screws in the insert area because of the slop, and the brand new B6.2 hubs that needed drill and tapped for set screws in insert area because of all the slop. Never again...

Like the material, weight, and expected durability. One of the hinge pin holes was very tight (maybe due to a slight burr in one of the set screw holes). Was able to get the pin it with light tapping but it should slide right through so only 4 stars.
