This is an optional JConcepts 12mm Hex Conversion Front Axle Set, and is intended for use with the Team Associated B4 and B4.1 1/10 scale buggies equipped with the optional Team Associated Hex Steering Block Set (ASC9880). One of the best upgrades you can make to your Team Associated vehicle is converting to 12mm hex wheels for the security, simplicity and convenient functionality they offer.
The JConcepts front axle design is based around high-quality steel construction, an outer bearing crush step and an inner 4-40 locknut for security. The design eliminates c-clips, screws and other items which are hard to detect of issues which limit performance. The free spinning design includes axles, 4-40 mini lock-nuts, thin axle shims, decal and assembly instructions.

JConcepts B4 12mm Hex Conversion Front Axle Set
A great replacement for the stock FT axles since it gets rid of the problematic C-clip. HOWEVER, because the shoulder is so long, and the threaded section short, AKA wheels will NOT cinch up!! That's because the AKA rims are thinner than normal.
So, you have to add shims behind the hex. I also used JConcepts serrated nuts which helped...but is a VERY pricey fix!

Excellent product! Works great and eliminates a failure point by not using an C-clip.
