JConcepts Tribute 12mm Aluminum Hex Adaptor (Black) (2) (25mm Offset)
With hesitation I picked this up as my SMT10 has been getting a lot of $$$ upgrades. With my rig putting down some massive power. I needed something stronger on the wheels to minimize and flexing. ALthough, they didn't fit perfectly right off the bat. They did do the job, making the wheel adpator stronger. Allowing me to have more confidence with jumps.

You got to f#$&ing kidding me. So my modded SMT10 has enough power that the wheel centers that came with the tributes were starting to fail. So I bit the bullet and paid 51 bucks for these. So I take my truck out to try it with them and the other upgrades I did and a wheel comes flying off 90 seconds in and lands in my neighbors garden. My neighbor's daughter helps me find the wheel, I find another nut and I crank them as hard as I can with my MIP driver. I go out again and lose a front wheel in about 90 seconds. From what I can tell serreted nuts just don't work on aluminum like the way they dig into a plastic wheel hub. From what I can tell these are not going to work for a 2 minute freestyle session. Maybe lock washers will fix the problem, but if it needs lock washers why the hell did it not come with them for the 51 dollars a set?
