HPI Racing 10x15cm "Small" Parts Tray (Black)
It is pretty good. It's rubberized, the sidewalks aren't that tall, and it's not magnetic. I use it for working on my Micro DT and cleaning smaller parts on my 1/10 scales. If you want a magnetic get the Core-RC parts tray.
