This is a replacement HPI Exhaust Header, and is intended for use with the HPI Savage XL. The Savage XL aluminum exhaust header is built to exact factory tolerances for a perfect fit. Made from round aluminum tubing for maximum airflow and strength, this header features a flanged end to securely hold an exhaust coupler.
This header can also be used as a high performance option part for older Savage trucks equipped with the HPIA720 Big Bore Aluminum Shock Set. By using one shock on each corner you get more room for the exhaust header, so you can take advantage of the large radius bend of the Savage XL header. The result is smoother airflow for increased power from the engine.
