Hot Racing Plug & Connector Soldering Jig
This Jig holds all the connectors you could need to hold securely.
Unfortunately, it's all aluminum, which acts as a major heat sink and really adds more time (and heat) to soldering up your connections than you really need to.
For insulated connectors, like Deans, it's fantastic. For solid bullets and such, I can't recommend for anything more than a quick re-flow or occasional use.

Pros: Works as advertised.
Cons: Price point concerning the quality of the item. I've ran into a few issues with the red knob on these more than a few times. The knob sometimes gets stuck and on a few occasions fell off.
Recommendation: This is essential to any toolbox but I won't be buying this version again.
