The Hot Racing Axial SCX24 Stainless Steel Front/Rear Axle Skid Plate is a stainless steel skid plate option for the front or rear axle on the SCX24. This skid plate helps to provide increased protection from rock strikes, as well as helps to prevent hang ups to improve the ability to slide over rough terrain.

protezione per il differenziale molto bella, aiuta a passare gli ostacoli proteggendo i differenziali, viene fornito con due set di viti in caso si abbia il coperchio differenziale originale o appesantito

FYI these only bolt on with the stock size diff covers (reason for 4 stars). The brass diff covers (which are deeper) will not work with the little supplied plastic bracket.

I used 3M double sided automotive tape to secure them front and rear. I have knocked the front loose several times and had to re-adhere it. I think that is due to a bit of diff oil leaking out potentially. I have not knocked the rear off once with it being taped.

I like these, you do lose some clearance, but it protects those nice expensive brass diff covers. They go great with the St.Stl. center skid as well!
