This is the optional Hot Racing Locked Differential Center Gearbox for the Axial AX-10 or Wraith. Hot Racing complete all-metal transmission for the Axial Wraith (may also fit SCX10 and SCX10 II - see comments below). This transmission is machined aluminum with a locked steel gear drivetrain, sealed ball bearings, a heavy duty slipper, and a steel 57T 32P spur gear. It's locked, loaded, and ready for your crawler or rock racer.

Hot Racing Aluminum Wraith Complete Steel Gear Transmission
Will not clear large drive shafts like the Revo's. You would have to cut away the gear cover ( to the point it's useless ) and use a small spur gear, like 56 tooth or smaller. An extended shaft would cure this problem on the front side, but I don't know what extended shaft would fit. The front output shaft and spur are very close once you get even a smaller driveshaft on.
Other than that, it seems fine, but the spur gear does have a wobble, does not spin true. May not matter though.
