This is a set of two Hot Bodies Megagrid Short Course Truck Tires. HB Megagrid tires are suitable for a wide variety of off-road and on-road surfaces including loose topsoil right on down to hard-pack. This is HB's most versatile tire and should be used when you go to a new track because it will be a good starting point everywhere.
With interlocking lugs that feature varied step height and a medium gap, these tires provide high bite even in the worst of conditions.
- Pink compound is a extra soft compound for extra grip in low traction environments.
- Red compound is soft for racing or low-traction surfaces.
- White compound is medium, great for practice and all-around use.
- Blue compound is firm for high-bite tracks.

Sick traction on natural dirt track with varying conditions. Hooked up whether the track was damp, dry, groomed, or dusty. Ran them with AKA medium compound 1/8 scale closed cell inserts.

Picked these up in a purchase with a SCTE last year. Now they are on my Tekno. Been using these tires for over a year...no joke. After the nubs are gone, the tires make an excellent clay/blue groove tire. They are similar to the Traxxas BFG stock tire once the nubs are gone, but super soft. So sticky, I have traction rolled on the track after wore down. Ive also been using them on the street for test/tune, then they stay on the truck for the clay track. Fantastic tire!!!

Great tire for dry or wet dirt with some loom on top (backyard track). They wear great even in summer. The beads fits nice and snug. The OD is a little larger giving more sidewall flex and better side bite. AKA wide SC foams fit them the best. I prefit them with Proline inserts and there was to much gap between the insert and tire.
