I picked up the CrawlMaster Sport 550 15 turn for my Redcat Gen8. The low speed control is sooo much better than the stock 17-turn motor. I am running it on 2s and stock gearing and it is very "scale" in speed. Probably tops out around 5 mph or so. For more wheel-speed, I will drop in a 3s, but haven't wanted or needed it yet. If you are looking for a motor that will give you great low end control, more than adequate torque and appropriate scale speed at an affordable price, this is it. With Holmes reputation, I expect this will last for many, many trail runs.

I bought this for my crawler, it was good. Lots of torque, and not too fast. It was definitely worth the money.
