Bought this to use with a Tamiya CC-01 and it has been perfect. I would typically run at least 3 or 4s lipo on a motor this slow, but given the cc-01's lack of gear reduction, 2s is perfect for it. Motor runs cool and has great torque and startup even with the high gearing and non-crawler ESC.

great motor, just wish they would put some leads on instead of making you do it yourself... but for the price you can't get a better motor.
