This is the Hobbywing XR10 Pro G2 Sensored Brushless ESC and 7.5T V10 G3 Motor Combo.

The Hobbywing Xerun V10 G3 Motor line has seen significant improvements over the previous G2 series, for both the Modified and Stock motors. These improvements include an updated can design that promotes easy of maintenance, a special shell design for maximized cooling, high-performance stator core, heat-resistant wire (200°C), lower weight and more. The XR10 Pro G2 Sensored Brushless ESC features an upgraded 32-bit M4 microprocessor with more powerful processing capability and Reverse Polarity Protection.

Features:
  • ESC:
    • Upgraded 32-bit M4 microprocessor with more powerful processing capability guarantees stable control and rapid response. (Industry's highest 32-bit microprocessor, increased processing speed by X4)
    • Peak current up to 1200A. (This is not a typo)
    • Built-in switch mode BEC with a maximum output of 10A and voltage adjustable from 5V to 7.4V (step: 0.1V) for usage with servos & other devices require different voltages.
    • Variable frequency regulation of PWM & amp; brake frequencies allows users to precisely regulate the driving; braking forces (of the motors).
    • Expanded range of the max. brake force brings in the active brake ranges from 101% to 150%.
    • Softening function (HOBBYWING-initiated) for milder or wilder driving control and better driving efficiency.
    • 10 select-to-use profiles applicable to all 1/10th RC car racing.
    • Internal electronic key switch for long service life, high reliability; and the external switch port for connecting an external switch (included in the product box) is applicable to different situations.
    • Separate PRG/FAN port is able to power an external fan for maximize cooling performance or connect a LCD program box or WiFi module to the ESC.
    • With the Updated WIFI express module (purchase separately), users are able to program parameters, upgrade firmware and check relevant data during the event using either the iPhone or Android devices.
    • Switchable motor direction (CCW/CW) for various chassis.
    • Multiple protections comes in standard
    • Low-voltage cutoff protection
    • ESC and motor thermal protection
    • Fail safe (throttle signal loss protection)
    • Reverse polarity protection
    • Data logging for recording the maximum ESC/motor temperature, motor speed/RPM, and others in real time.
    • Firmware upgrade via Hobbywing multi-function LCD program box or WiFi Express (item sold separately).
  • Motor:
    • Specially designed for high-level racing.
    • Lightweight: The G3 Modified & Stock motors only weigh 161g & 132g respectively, the weights are reduced by 11% & 21% when comparing with the V10 G2 motors.
    • The built-in high precision Hall sensor combined with the high precision and balanced rotor guarantee outstanding linearity of the motor.
    • The mechanical timing can be adjusted finely and smoothly; the skid-proof lines on the rear end plate of the motor guarantee stability of the timing after adjustment. For G3 Stock motors (10.5T~25.5T), the timing is adjustable from 30 degrees to 60 degrees; for Modified motors (3.5T~8.5T), the timing is adjustable from 20 degrees to 50 degrees.
    • The motor case is designed to be easy to dismantle for maintenance purposes and for the replacement of common wearing parts.
    • The special shell design which makes the stator core expose to the air maximizes cooling. Big holes on the end plates of 10.5T~21.5T motors further help reduce heat; small holes on the end plates of 5.5T~8.5T motors effectively keep sand or dirt from getting inside and damaging the motor(s).
    • The use of high-performance stator core, heat (200°C) resistant wire, heat (200°C) resistant rotor with strong structure, imported high precision and high strength bearings, and copper solder tabs with super current endurance guarantees outstanding performance and super durability.

Hobbywing XR10 Pro G2 Sensored Brushless ESC/V10 G3 Motor Combo (7.5T)
I put the XR10 Pro G2 in my Tekno ET410 truggy. Pushing a 7.5t motor with 17t pinion. This thing is fast and there is potential to go a lot faster! There are tons of settings and different ways to adjust the ESC and motor performance. Almost everything about this ESC/motor combo is awesome. The only thing I don't like is how reverse works. There really isn't any delay between FWD and REV. If you like to "tap" the brake a few times, you end up jumping into reverse rather than gently slowing down. Not a big deal for racing (no REV allowed) but for practice I like to use REV. I contacted Hobbywing and they said there isn't anything you can do to change this. Other than that, this thing is pretty cool.

Hobbywing XR10 Pro G2 Sensored Brushless ESC/V10 G3 Motor Combo (7.5T)
- A very powerful ESC and motor combo once you get it out of 0 timing mode
- You will want the *LCD* (not LED) program box or the bluetooth adapter + smartphone app to do that
- program box: https://www.amainhobbies.com/hobbywing-multifunction-gen2-lcd-professional-program-box-hwa30502001/p-qqqcqquqnczvqctz
- bluetooth adapter: https://www.amainhobbies.com/hobbywing-ota-smartphone-esc-module-programmer-hwa30850400/p-qqqetzkqbzzrqctz
- in 0 timing mode the power was a bit underwhelming in my 2wd buggy
- in the '2wd mod' preset with 5-10 degrees of timing advance my car is doing wheelies at speed
- you may want to adjust the throttle PWM frequency up for smoother low speed throttle; I'm using 8-16 khz.
- The esc and motor both seem to run nice and cool, cooler than my battery, though I am mainly using this for bashing right now.

Hobbywing XR10 Pro G2 Sensored Brushless ESC/V10 G3 Motor Combo (7.5T)
I’m new to the hobby and wanted a very good racing ESC and fast motor. This combo is exactly that! Easy to install, works right out the box but with optional wifi adapter you can really tune the ESC to do everything you can possibly imagine! Very Satisfied!

Hobbywing XR10 Pro G2 Sensored Brushless ESC/V10 G3 Motor Combo (7.5T)
I have the 5.5 in my Lazer ZX7 and this 7.5 in my RB7. They are fast, strong motors. They are very easy to set up. I have the box and you can really dial it in with it. So far I’m running all Hobbywing ESC and Motors from here in out.

Hobbywing XR10 Pro G2 Sensored Brushless ESC/V10 G3 Motor Combo (7.5T)
I grabbed this combo along with my TLR 22 5.0 Elite kit a few weeks ago and its been awesome. A couple weeks prior I had picked up the Tekno EB410.2 kit along with the Hobbywing 6.5t combo and was so happy with it that I had to do a 2wd car. I run them both with the newer Gen Ace 6000 mah LiHV shorty packs and when racing I use the new Maclan V3 packs, and they all perform great. All of my other rigs over the last 15 years have been bigger 1/8 scale kits running mostly Tekin setups so I didnt have much knowledge about 1/10 scale stuff, but so many people recommended these that I had to try them out. Everything about them is great and I have zero complaints. Quality is awesome and the performance is great too. I grabbed the wifi dongle and the Hobbywing app is great too. Easy to use and works perfectly. These make my cars rip!
