I have this ESC & Motor Combo in my XMAXX and the more it's driven the more I enjoy the raw power mated with a 35/30 mod 1.5 spur and pinion gear. I run everything stock no fancy fan on ESC with no fan on motor and the temps are always in a nice range. If you are looking for something serious this is definitely the way to go. Hobbywing makes some darn good stuff I must say. I have 7 builds all Hobbywing with no issues whatsoever.

This is an AWESOME combo! I'm running it in my electric converted 5iveB that is outfitted with 5iveT suspension which is wider and MX43 badlands, it's well over 30lbs with batteries and this combo has absolutely no issue roasting all 4 tires!

Nice combo, running this in the outcast 1/5 EXB, 39/39 on the gearing ,no heat issues to date ! I've got a few of these setups ,they work great ,the 1100kv is a bit easier to find pinion gears for,without ordering online , if you're wanting speed !

This is an awesome setup never thought it would be as good as it was until I put it into truck and pulled the throttle for the first time it's amazing and amain did an awesome job of getting it to me in to time at all and in perfect condition next time I do a big 1/5 scale build I will definetly be purchasing this combo again from amain
