Installation Tips

  1. How to Mount the Motor into a RC vehicle. M3/M4 mounting screws (4*M3 & 4*M4) are needed here, as the mounting holes are 8mm in depth, so we don't recommend using the M3/M4 screws with the length exceeds 10mm to mount the motor into your vehicle. (Note: please choose the right mounting screws as per your chassis.) Please choose the right mounting screws as per your chassis.
  2. How to Connect the Motor to an ESC. There is no polarity on the A/B/C three ESC-to-motor wires, so do not worry about how you connect them initially. You may find it necessary to swap two wires if the motor runs in reverse.
  3. Recheck the Installation & Connections. Recheck the installation and all the connections before turning on the power.

Hobbywing EZRUN 4268SL Sensorless Brushless Motor (2600kV)
I bought this for my rustler 4x4 11 months ago and it hasn’t disappointed me yet. I run 20/40 gearing on 4s and it runs very cool. I can use the entire charge on my 4s 7600mah 75c without overheating. If your holding back on this, then go for it. You won’t be disappointed. I am upgrading to a tppower motor because I wanna run 6s. But for the price you can’t beat this. THIS MOTOR HAS A TON OF TORQUE!!

Purchased this motor for my Tmaxx conversion. Very impressive, great acceleration and torque. Geared for 45-50mph on 3s. Motor temps are 110-120. Gotta love hobbywing stuff!!!
