This is a set of two Hot Bodies Megabite 1/8 Buggy Tires, in Pink (Ultra
Soft) Compound. These tires are pre-mounted on yellow dish wheels. Hot
Bodies Megabite tires are fantastic mini-pin tires that are suitable for
hard & dry off-road surfaces such as hard-packed clay (including
'blue groove'), light dust conditions, and regular clay.
With hundreds of short square pins arranged around the carcass providing fantastic traction on the corners and a central double-row of extra-wide treads giving you excellent acceleration and stopping power, you can't go wrong on well-groomed, dry, hard dirt when you use the HB Megabite!

This is the best tire I have run on hard packed clay with a blue groove, the amount of grip is crazy. Above average tread life as well.

I had the same problem. I ended up putting a thin bead of tire glue around both sides of the wheel and it held up great. AMAZING tires. A set lasted me about 6 hours of racing. A+++

Tires came unglued during a 20 min. A-main. I would advise not to buy hotbodies pre-mounts. My bad for getting lazy and buying premounts. Great tires, not so great glue job.
