Bought this to go in my V1 Maxx 4s with TRA8919x and it is an absolute perfect fit and has tons of power. This is the best upgrade you can do for your Maxx if you want to move away from Traxxas batteries.

This is a review of the form factor, not the battery's performance.

I got one for my Kraton 8s and it's a bad fit. The statement "designed for large scale Aarmas" is misleading, albeit unintentionally so.

It is way too big physically for an 8000mAh battery. You have to fully extend the battery tray and it hangs off the end of the chassis, making it vulnerable to damage and distributing more weight to the rear than is ideal.

This suboptimal placement and weight distribution might be justified for the 11000mAh version of the battery, which does need to be physically large. The 8000mAh version borrows the case from the 11000mAh, and this is the problem.

If you want 8000mAh or ever 9000mAH you can get batteries that are a much smaller in size, and a better fit.

Beware. This battery case is quite a bit larger than a standard 4S hardcase. It won't fit in the battery tray of a TLT 8ifht electric buggy, Tekno SCT 410.3 or MT410. Also, the battery wires are #8, so beware if you need to solder a different connector.

Gens Ace Bashing Pro 4s LiPo Battery 100C (14.8V/8000mAh)

Bought 2 for my arrma limitless build. Works awesome. Only thing is spektrum smart charger sometimes will not charge or discharge because it says wrong battery type. That is because of the 4s2p configuration after sitting unused for a day it builds a surface charge and the voltage is a little out on range for a normal 4s lipo. All good just use battery for a minute and it changes normally.
