If you need just the individual plastic gears, A Main Hobbies has those too. They come in a package of 15 (5 each) and are a direct OEM replacement. I had to change out the 1st and 2nd gears in my BLS251 and used that set. They say "S9251" and "S9256" but they work just fine. Use part number FUTM3502 in A Main's search finder.
