Futaba S3050 Digital Standard Height Ball Bearing Metal Gear Servo
I own this servo and use it in my Factory Team T4.1. I have been using it fairly regularly for several months now, and it has given me no problems. So far it has been reliable, and it has taken some jarring hits from a few rough landings. I may upgrade to a faster servo in the future, but for now the S3050 works just fine. At $50 I think it is a solid buy, considering the bearings, metal gears, and decent performance. I am using mine with an Airtronics MX3X radio, Novak Havoc Pro SC, and a Novak Ballistic 6.5t.

Futaba S3050 Digital Standard Height Ball Bearing Metal Gear Servo
well...the first one i had as the throttle servo in my strr locked up wide open and nearly killed it..........but i also have one in my rc8B and have had no problems very quick and smooth. so i think there may have been a linkage hang up that over time caused the gears in the first one to bind and ultimately lock up completely but if you want to be sure just buy the s9350 i have used these in many 1/8 vehicles and they outlast and out preform everything else. only problem is the $109.99 price tag!
