The Taranis Q X7S ACCESS features 24 channels with a faster baud rate and lower latency, thanks to its high-speed module digital interface. Just like the rest of the ACCESS transmitters, it provides a secure and reliable link, along with wireless, making it fully compatible with the newest line of OTA receivers. The battery compartment uses two 18650 Li-Ion batteries and can be balance charged via the Mini USB interface.

The Taranis X7S ACCESS version features Hall-sensor gimbals and the PARA wireless trainer function, making it compatible with the FrSky Free Link App and AirLink S, while the wired training port is still retained.

FrSky Taranis Q X7S ACCESS 2.4GHz Radio (Carbon Fiber)
Not worth the wasted time (hours and hours) trying to make it all work. I ordered this along with a few Rx's and have binding issues constantly. FrSky's new software does not work with many quads (read about it, many unhappy drone pilots). Have to buy an external TX module. Even the new FrSky Archer GR6 ACCESS will not bind. New TX and new RX, they should just work, but they dont.
The build quality is ok, but definitely feels cheap compared to any of my old Futabas or my Spektrum DX6.
Yes the open architecture that allows FrSky radios to work with many different receivers would be very attractive, but only if it worked, which it does not.
If you love to fiddle for hours on end making it work, this radio is for you. If you just want it to work so you can get in the air, look somewhere else.
