This is the FMS P-40B Warbird Plug-N-Play 980mm Electric Airplane. A select group of pilots from the "American Volunteer Group" was secretly trained in the jungles of Southeast Asia in 1941. These pilots were trained for aerial combat, to defend the Chinese against the Japanese and their Kamikaze pilots. The Chinese called them "Fei Hu", because of the Sharks teeth that were painted on the front of their planes. But the world knew them as the Flying Tigers!
This P-40B is faithfully recreated with the historic Flying Tigers trim scheme, and will turn heads on the deck, and in the air. If you love warbirds and get a thrill from heart-pounding speed, this aircraft will fill both roles. The 3 blade prop, powerful 3648-KV770 brushless outrunner motor, and 70A ESC push this P-40B to speeds of up to 100mph! I ordered this pretty plane with high Hope's and expectations. This is a beautiful war bird, and probably is fast. However hobbytown has let me down for the last time, I will not do business with them again. I have emailed them twice about the control rods being too short on the main wing, all are a quarter inch too short. I have not received an email back from hobby town after two weeks of waiting and resending tweet. As far as I'm concerned I will do business with motion rc from now on. This is a shame brought on by piss poor customer service. Think twice before ordering from this company. They called me back and said there tech guy would contact me. It has been 3 weeks and no call. I guess I won't get support from them. Very sad support, I want to do business with them in the future but questioning if that is feasable.

Upon assembly I noticed a few things that might lead to Quality control issues. One of the leads to the motor was not plugged in,One of the Flap connections was not plugged and the speed control unit was not mounted to anything.For the price I guess that the plane is O.K. I guess the old saying" you get what you pay for" would be my final thought on this plane.
