The FMS 1/6 MB Scaler 4WD Ready-to-Run Brushed Rock Crawler is the ultimate choice for scale adventure. This MB is designed after the Willys MB that was produced between 1940 and 1945. This model is painted in the iconic green paint scheme with white decals that matched the trucked used during WWII. No details were left out on this scale truck. The injected molded body features functional LED lights, servo driven steering wheel, painted axe and shovel held by fabric straps, detailed gauges, tilt body for easy access, fold away windshield and much more. This Scaler chassis uses a full ladder frame chassis design and full time 4WD for excellent performance. Driving this chassis is a 550-size 35T Brushed motor using a Hobbywing 1060 Brushed ESC. Beadlock wheels are paired with grippy scale tires to help take the adventure anywhere. Oil filled shocks replace leaf springs to allow for axle articulation. These features come together to give you a truck that is ready to hit the trail with ultimate style.

FMS 1/6 MB Scaler 4WD RTR Brushed Rock Crawler
Seems to be a very good trail truck. Highly detailed looks. Has good slow speed throttle control and has some pretty fair wheel speed when throttle is "floored". Gear noise is not silent, not bad either. Rear body clips are a pain to install. But definately like the hinged body though. The only change I did was tires and wheels as personal preference.

FMS 1/6 MB Scaler 4WD RTR Brushed Rock Crawler
Bought for a buddy, he loves it. Seems solid, great details. strange gearing jumpy but very little top end. not that much torque either. I'm not sure but it seems to be low gearing with low turn motor which is a bad combo. I went to buy myself a second one and they were sold out for now, when I do I'm buying a 1040 for it and a different motor and pinion otherwise it seems great. that will be $100 well spent. Good servo for rtr also they include a really nice radio with it now that they never used to. full size batteries don't fit well on it.
finally, get a couple of those black tabs for the pins and it makes the hinge in the back much easier.
The following review by Steven sums up the appeal of this truck perfectly, it limited by design but that's what makes it fun, and it really is. If you're not into the history the look or scaling you won't like the truck.
with a few parts it's a five-star truck if you're going to leave it totally stock it's a 4 star truck, worth the money.

FMS 1/6 MB Scaler 4WD RTR Brushed Rock Crawler
It's very cool. It looks great, drives great, is nostalgic, it's capable if you're not trying to make it perform outside of its intended purpose. It drives very scale, GI Joe action figures (1/6 scale 12") fit perfectly and a 3S battery really gives it some beans. It's just fun. You really can't go wrong. If you're a history buff, you're into WW2, want to do a tribute to a unit (like Band of Brothers), it's a great platform that can be easily worked. It's worth it. Just understand it has limitations. Stay inside those and you'll love it.
