The Flite Test Power Pack C "Radial Edition" contains everything needed to power one of the Swappable (twin engine) Planes. The only other components you will need to fly is a battery, charger, transmitter, and receiver. The included motor and ESC comes pre-soldered with 3.5mm Bullets and XT60 Connector.
Note: In order to use both ESC's with a single battery, a power y-harness is available separately:

Flite Test Power Pack C Twin "Radial Edition"
This kit seems a little expensive compared to similar kits available but when you look at the quality of the motors and how complete the kit is for flite test planes it is worth the money. It is nice to work with things that are designed to work together well. Good stuff. Great service from A Main Hobbies makes it a real bargain!

Flite Test Power Pack C Twin "Radial Edition"
This product arrived nicely packaged and with all parts present. My only complaint is that one of my esc's started smoking severely after around 20 flights. I just emailed Flite Test and will edit this is if my issue is addressed. everything else has worked flawlessly.
UPDATE: Although FT never ended up getting back to me (I will blame COVID-19 for this), I ended up using the "chat with an expert" feature on their website, and I have to say, their customer support was excellent! The man I ended up talking to was friendly, knowledgable, and generous (although it hasn't arrived yet, he replaced my whole power pack, even though I only asked for a replacement ESC and 2 servos). Thank you Evan! Your actions are much appreciated!
