this was my first plane. even though it does not have ailerons or elevators, it helped me get a good feel on operating a vehicle in flight.

My 12 year-old son wanted a remote plane for Christmas. Grandparents bought him this one, thinking it would be easy to fly for a beginner and not break the bank if he killed it. We had a lot of fun building it, which was super easy. Took it out for the first time a couple weeks later and after a few learning flights by dad, turned over the controls to him, and it was very easy. Controls took a little bit to learn, but before long he was flying it with ease. Highly recommend for a beginner plane that won't break the bank.

My only problem is that the propellers broke easily and the foam came apart easily, also the ltch on the battery cage broke off and I had to pry off the cage. Does anyone know where I can find more propellers for this kit? GREAT STARTER PLANE!!!!

It is very durable but it turns slow. My family and I love it. We fly it often. Great small plane.
