Say hello to Peter's 3rd Flite Test design, the FT Bushwacker! This rugged little plane is based off of multiple popular full scale bush planes such as the Highlander! The FT Bushwacker is an aerobatic super short take off/landing aircraft. For extreme 3D aerobatic performance, use the large control surfaces. For extreme super STOL performance, split each aileron in half to create flaps. This plane is designed for intermediate to advanced pilots and is capable of most aerobatic maneuvers with the Power Pack C.
Power Pack Compatibility:
Flite Test Airplanes are all designed around the use of various "Power Packs" which include an inexpensive Motor, ESC, Servo, & accessory package to complete each aircraft!

- Experience approximately 1 year, mainly gyro stabilized helis, and quads.
- I have never successfully landed an airplane at anytime in my aeronautical adventures, have landed helis, and quads but thats simple.
I just recently started scratch builds this past 2018/2019 winter, (figured since I am the definition of "awful airplane pilot") it is substantially cheaper, however more labor intensive. I cant afford to constantly buy expensive airplane parts, so scratch builds were a no brainer.
This is my 4th FT build, all but 2 I was able to fly, the Mig 3 and this bushwacker were a breeze to get up. Landing is not my strong suit, plain and simple I guarantee I a thr worst of the worst landers.
This bushwacker is PHENOMENAL!!! I had to dabble a bit, 2 crash landings and some relatively extensive repairs brought me to today. I heavily modified this plane, and suprisingly enough it still does its amazing aerobatics, but I had THREE 100% SUCCESSFUL FLIGHTS!!!!! SUPER STOKED!!!! Not even a hesitation whatsoever, I was able to land this rig. I kid not it basically lands itself.
Mods include, beefed up landing gear, balsa reinforced elevator, and power pod, did without flaps (caused too much multitasking for a noob), modded the wing and elevator design. If I could include a pic it would be great, maybe ill post on the fourm.
Anyway, I am not even a beginning pilot to say the best, but this is easily able to be a swiss army knife of airplanes.
Buy it!!!
P.s. i am using a 3842 1100kv w/12x6 prop. Shes a skookum choocher people.
The FT planes, parts and service are SUPERB!
Thank you, FT!
How is the shipping cost in France estimated?
Looks good and very lightweight so I need a calm day to fly.
