This is a set of optional Fioroni Low Inertia Component (LIC) Driveshaft Couplers for the drivetrain of the Losi 8ight family of vehicles. These Driveshaft Couplers are made of a special aerospace grade material and reduce rotating mass from the drivetrain by 12 grams without sacrificing reliability. Also, two sets of pin holes have been added to the couplers to extend the overall useful life of the parts.
Eliminating weight from the drivetrain of your vehicle is often the first upgrade recommended by pro racers, regardless of the brand of car you drive. The "LIC" series of parts from Fioroni are one of the best options available and will aid in smoother acceleration, faster spool up, shorter braking distances, and will help you achieve faster lap times on the track.
NOTE: Due to the lightweight nature of the LIC line, they will not withstand the abuse that the stock components can handle. They are aluminum and will wear faster than steel. It is highly recommended that you use the stock components during practice sessions, and the LIC components for qualifying and/or main event use only.

man these are so light its like they arent even there. expensive but so is everything in this hobby. if your looking for a RACING edge these and the hubs are where its at. maybe not the best if you only beat the life out of your buggy, but for racing worth the bread. if you buy all their light weight stuff and install everything at once you can feel a noticable improvment. not so much if you just do this alone. spend it if youve got it
